Opportunities to serve
Have you completed a Discipleship Training School (DTS) and a secondary school with the University of the Nations (UofN), and do you feel called by God to serve full time in missions? Here at YWAM Aruba you will truly have the chance to make a difference! You will get to know Aruba, the Arubian people and their needs in a profound way. And you will be sticking around long enough to do something about it. You can play a key role in building up our ministries. We need staff who can see the needs around us, take initiative and take responsibility for what God lays on your heart while you are here. As long-term staff you can also play a key role in maintaining and developing the base and ministries from within. Maybe you are a great cook, a skilled communicator or experienced with gardening. There is a lot of work to do at the base.
What we offer:
We offer our staff a place to live out their God given purpose. We will stimulate growth in all different areas of life through quiet time, worship, training and learning opportunities. We will offer them a family to be a part of, without losing sight of their individual characteristics and privacy needs. We will work hard to utilize their talents in the best possible way. We will create a daily structure in which we can all function with excellence.
What we ask:
We ask from our staff that they have a real and vivid relationship with our heavenly Father. We ask that they are in full agreement with the mission and vision and that they are joining staff because God called them to YWAM Aruba. We ask of them that they are able to be independent as well as work in a team. We ask of them that they are committed to the work that needs to be done and that they have a good work-ethic. We ask that they are fully funded for their own financial needs and that they have done a DTS and a secondary school in YWAM.
